TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTION PERIOD: The 14th Independence Day Promotion 2025 runs from May 9, 2025, to July 8, 2025. Betwinwins may extend or shorten this period at its discretion.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is available to all registered Betwinwins customers in South Sudan who are 18 years and above. By taking part in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter The 14th Independence Day Promotion, place a Pre-match bet with a minimum stake of 5,000 South Sudanese Pounds (SSP), minimum odds of 15, minimum 3 selections. Only Pre-match bets qualify – Live bets are not eligible.
Each qualifying ticket counts as one entry into the promotion draw. There is no limit to how many tickets you can submit as long as each meets the criteria.
Customers who place bets at our outlets must provide their full name, phone number, and submit their ticket information to our staff to be entered into the draw. Online bets meeting the criteria will be automatically entered.
PRIZE: The 14th Independence Day Promotion prize – 50 prizes of 141,414 SSP.
DRAWS AND WINNERS: The final draw will take place on July, 8 2025. 50 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and contacted using the information provided in their Betwinwins account or submitted at the branch.
If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Betwinwins reserves the right to select another winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Void or canceled bets do not qualify for the promotion. However, if one selection in a ticket is voided but the remaining selections still meet the minimum requirements, the ticket remains eligible.
Betwinwins reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and the validity of entries. Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities, including having their name and photograph used in marketing materials.
The prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
DISPUTES: For any disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, results, or other matters related to the promotion, Betwinwins’ decision is final.
Betwinwins may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond Betwinwins’ control, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the promotion.
GOVERNING LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws of South Sudan. By participating, customers release Betwinwins, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance and use of any prize.
